Items purchased through our site are subject to the return policies and conditions of the vendor they were purchased from. For more information about a specific vendor's return policies, please see below. Otherwise for more assistance, please email us at support@evolutionautoretroworks.com .

Eddie Motorsports

To return a part, please call (909) 813-1293 or send an email to sales@eddiemotorsports.com to request a return authorization number (RMA #). No returns will be accepted without this authorization. Parts returned MAY be subject to a restocking charge to cover clean up and repackaging. No returns will be accepted after 60 days.

Before calling for a return authorization, please verify that the products were purchased directly from Eddie Motorsports. Please note that we frequently drop ship products for our distributors and your package may contain an Eddie Motorsports packing slip even though it was purchased through another company. The company listed in the top left hand portion of your paperwork in the "BILL TO" box is who the parts were purchased from. Returns for parts purchased from companies other then Eddie Motorsports must be authorized by and returned to the selling party.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION will be provided to the buyer upon furnishing the following information:

1. Eddie Motorsports invoice number.
2. Part number.
3. Quantity to be returned.
4. Specific reason for return.
5. Preference of credit to account or refund.

Eddie Motorsports reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.

RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Please reference return authorization number on all documentation and mark it CLEARLY on the outside of the shipping box..
2. Enclose a copy of the invoice.
3. Insure the package for the full value.
4. Make sure the parts are packed adequately. Eddie Motorsports will not be responsible for any parts that are damaged in shipping.
4. Ship the package freight prepaid. No C.O.D.s will be accepted.
Chevy Performance

30 day return policy. Customer pays return shipping. No returns on electronics or powertrain. The item or part that is being returned must not have been installed, or plugged in, or tried in any form.
TMI Products

All returning products must be authorized through a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. For a product purchased through an authorized TMI distributor, contact them for a warranty claim. Direct TMI customers should email the contact provided with the order or call TMI at 888-460-0640. Pictures of the defective product are required to issue an RMA. Also, the RMA is time sensitive and the product must be received by TMI within 30 days from the date of RMA issued or the RMA will be closed. Products without an RMA number will be refused upon arrival and returned.

A 20% handling and restocking fee, and return shipping costs will be added. All returns are subject to inspection. At the discretion of TMI, the product may be repaired or replaced. If the returned product is missing components, it may be refused and sent back to the customer. Direct TMI customers will have replacement product sent after the RMA product is received. Wholesale customers on terms with TMI will receive their replacement item as soon as it is available for shipment. If the returning item is not returned within 30 days and the replacement has been sent, full charge for the replacement will be assessed.

Non-Returnable Items: Special Order Items and Other Non-Stocking Product(s) such as: special color and material combinations, custom patterns, non-standard materials, clearance items, or other non-stocking products do not qualify for return, except for warranty repair at the discretion of TMI.
Custom Duties and Taxes Charges: Customs Duty tax must be paid by the customer for returns. TMI is not responsible for the charges or refunds that occur at customs.
Auto Metal Direct

You may return any unused, undamaged, and resalable part in its original packaging for exchange, credit or refund up to 6 months after purchase. All orders, cancellations and returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must have prior authorization before returning them to us. Shipping fees that are incurred from returning any part to us is your responsibility. Finally, if the return shipment is damaged in transit, you are responsible for filing the claim with the carrier.

All sales are final on discontinued / close out items. Returns will not be accepted on these parts.
Old Air Products

RMA# Required for all returns. Copy of Invoice must accompany all Returns. No Credit will be issued for returned items damaged by improper packaging. 15% Restocking Fee will apply. NO returns after 90 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Trique Manufacturing

Returns are handled on a case by case basis, usually involving repair or replacement depending on the issue. Our warranty covers defects in material or workmanship. Our complete policy can be found here.
Ridetech

Returns of new, unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of receipt of the product are subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. Products older than six (6) months from the original invoice date will not be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by the original purchase order or invoice number. All returns require notification of the return in the form of a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) prior to shipment. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. No returns on electrical components are accepted after thirty (30) days. Returns of discontinued or obsolete products will not be accepted. Credit for returns will be issued within thirty (30) days of arrival at Ridetech. Ridetech reserves the right to deny credit for any items damaged by the customer.
Cold Case Radiators

Parts that are returnable must be unused and in the original packaging. All non-defective merchandise returned may receive up to a 15% restocking charge.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. We cannot replace merchandise damaged in transit if a damage claim has not been made.

All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please do not send us any packages back COD we cannot accept them.
Ringbrothers

Shipments must be inspected by the customer immediately upon receipt to ensure they are complete and undamaged. If damaged parts are discovered a claim must be made with the carrier. Ringbrothers must be notified within five working days of the receipt of a shipment that contains a shortage, incorrect or defective parts. It is best to call Ringbrothers to resolve an issue as quickly as possible.

The following is required to receive credit, a refund, or exchange merchandise:

1. ALL returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original Ringbrothers invoice in the box with an explanation for the return. If purchased through a Ringbrothers distributor, see distributor's terms and conditions for returns. Ringbrothers cannot issue a return for a product purchased through a distributor without the distributor's involvement.

2. Return parts to Ringbrothers within one year of purchase date.

3. All returns must be sent to Ringbrothers prepaid.

4. Parts must be packaged to prevent any damage in shipping. If any parts are damaged in shipping due to inadequate packaging they will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense or the refund total will be reduced for damaged cost subject to Ringbrothers's discretion. Repackaging parts using Ringbrothers’ containers does not always ensure the items are packaged properly. Ringbrothers original containers may be used but good judgment must be applied to determine if additional protection is required.

5. Upon arrival to Ringbrothers, every item will be thoroughly inspected. Under no circumstances are damaged, altered or un-saleable parts eligible for return or credit. Ringbrothers will not issue a RA number for anything altered, used, unpackaged or deemed obsolete by Ringbrothers. In addition, Ringbrothers will not issue a RA number for anything invoiced over one year from the date returned. Upon acceptance of the returned parts by Ringbrothers and under the requirements described above, the customer may be charged a restocking fee.
