Shopify

We use Shopify to power our online store and to process orders and payments. When you make a purchase through our Website, Shopify collects and processes certain personal information necessary to complete the transaction, including your name, billing and shipping address, payment information, email address, phone number, and order details. Your payment information is encrypted and processed directly by Shopify or its payment partners; we do not receive or store your full credit card details. We only share your personal information with Shopify to the extent necessary for processing your orders, completing transactions, and providing customer support. Shopify’s use of your personal information is governed by its own privacy practices and applicable data protection laws.

Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt out of certain personal data sales. Residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights may submit a request to this designated address: ian@evolutionautoretroworks.com. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.
